And this is what I mean about the chaos

I've not stitched a thing in days. I finished one of the winter wonderland blocks, but there it sits. I've been struggleing with a sort of "funk".

UFO list

If I can remember.......

Table Toppers- Thimbleberries.
I use the 3/4 finished tops as side table toppers, does that count??

BOM's
Various from local quilt shop that has been closed for a year :o(

JOHN's quilt (Blue Mystery)
All it needs is one last strip of binding, about 6 " and it's done.

Fall Colors Twin
I designed it, sandwiched it, and there it sits.......

Round Robin
I sent it off, it took 7 years to return (on-line very very slow group), and now 3 years to put it together. I will be perfect for a spring spread, but..... will I finish it.

The flowers stitchery..... Lordy, it's been 8 years!! I bought it at the Houston Quilt Fest. in 2000. I can't avoid to fly enough to get it done. It's been the airplane quilt.

Family Album McCalls Quilting
Now.... I guess I just have to call it a wash and make a wall quilt. I doubt I could even find all the mags to complete the blocks that I didn't work on.

Ummmm, what else.

Oh that cute Tattered Angels Pattern I bought (also in Houston). Blue work.... another stitchery if I find it. ;o)

How do I start?

I guess, by typing.....

I enjoy seeing other quilter's blogs so I thought, hey, why not. I'll give it a go. I taught myself to quilt... I guess I'll teach myself to blog. I also take my good ole time working on a project and feel inspired when I see beautiful creations so I went to a quilt show locally a few weeks ago. I found the perfect curl up/quilt project to get me going again. "Winter Wonderland" by Crap-apple Hill. It's a stitchery center of snow people and random star blocks to simulate snowflakes border. I love to have a project that I can do while spending time with my family. I also think a stitchery keeps me from the oh so many trips to the kitchen at night. I was dragging bum yesterday after work (10 hour shifts) but I made myself cut the first piece and go to town. I'm half done with the "snow angel". I told myself I'd get it stitched (just the stiching mind you) before the first snow fall. So far so good.

If I can get a handle on this blogging thing I'll post some of my work.
